Interest check - Anime / superheroes game

Hi I'm currently trying to look if anyone would be interested in an anime / superhero game (anime in the sense that also a few anime elements are in, and one can play things from normal enhanced humans, to power armor users, to martial artists, to normal superheroes to even magical girls/boys). Setting: -Modern day. Either a custom city or Tokyo or New York (will be up for vote) Game Day: -Saturdays. Every 1-2 weeks beginning 11 am NYT     possible also Sundays every 1-2 weeks beginning 8 am NYT Medium: -Roll 20 TEXTchat Setting details: All the folklore and rumors are right. Superhumans and also aliens and deities exist. They visited us a long time ago already.....that is until something happened and they alongside magic vanished for a long time. But recently a great cataclysm destroyed a small island just outside of japan and that marked the return of all that was supernatural. Even though the ancient cults and agencies that protect humanity from its foes have begun their bloody work again, humanity itself is unaware of that the beings mentioned in their folklore and even outright superheroes and superhvillains exist. Thus like in series like HEROES and TOMORROW PEOPLE there are agencies that actively hunt those who are not normal people (or worse....not humans at all). Splats: -Changed humans: There are people who have been changed genetically (experiments by agencies,...) or people who were bitten by animals, .... -Mutants: When they sealed the otherworldly from earth humanity gave up much of its potential with the cataclysm this potential came back again....leading to the birth of those who were different.....some suddenly gained powers while others were born with them already. -Mages: There are people who can alter reality with the power of their mind (although I have to say outright mages I would like to stay as NPCs) -Magical girl / boy: There are ancient souls that get reborn time and again with the ability to devour one another to acquire more power and either cleanse or corrupt the other souls and the world itself. These can unleash powers far beyond anything a mortal can ever do. -Power armor: There are those who either work for agencies that have advanced technology....even gotten from aliens, and those who are just so intelligent that they can create things far beyond anything thinkable by norms. -Aliens: Some come because they are curious, others flee from invasions of their home worlds, and others again want to just take earth from humanity. On the other hand also some other beings like Kitsunes,... exist and one could call them aliens (even though they are native to earth). -Angels/Demons/Deities: These exist and many of them are more selfish than legends proclaim.......but others exist also who are trying to helkp even those who sealed them away..... and in addition to this there are always those half breeds who are trapped in between worlds. Rulessystem: The game is meant to also be there to beta test a D10 success based custom system that is currently under works. But as it is currently under works still many ideas that players can come up with are not in yet. Thus it will be a split system so to say. In the beginning Marvel super heroes (the original system) would be used to create the chars and then later on a switch to the other system would be made (as soon as all necessary modules are created to incorporate all used splats). Marvel would be used as it is able to be used even in anime like games and it is leightweigh even in character creation so that there is hours of work of creating the stats for a character lost when the change comes. A note though: I'm not a full story teller but I've a strong tendency into this direction (aka playing things out and only in the end rolling dices,....). Thus my games tend to be relatively slow. As usual for my games as I know that I instinctually incorporate horror elements and character death is a possibility it would be 18+.
If this was voice instead of text based game it'd be an awesome campaign

A lot of us old timers grew up rping on irc which was text only, so we tend to think text makes for an awesome campaign.

Not necessarily awesome........but way better than with voice..........I'm not too bad at writing/reading english or understanding spoken english but believe me you DON'T want to play with me when I SPEAK in english (quite slow, many "ah" "uh",.... fillers, and quite a lot of words spoken out with the wrong pronouncuation)
On the note of the interest check: Would such a setting be of more interest? or would one that is less unfriendly to those with exceptional powers be of more interest? (got ideas for both types of settigns)
