Folders for Macros

It's really nice having folders for the in-game journal and I'm excited for the folders to come out for the jukebox. But, there's another place that folders would be great and this is in the "my settings" tab so that it would be easy to sort Macros into different folders. I make individual Macros for many NPCs and it's just a mess scrolling down a long list of Macros.
