[LFG] players for a 4e campain

looking to get 4-5 players for a Dungeon and Dragons campaign. the setting is home-brewed medieval fantasy, with a kingdom facing present uprisings, Nobles rebellion, a changing political landscape, and the looming threat of war.  On a whole expect a lot of role-play punctuated by meaningful combat. I know 4e combat can be a slog so i'm planning on both keeping fights short and interesting. As far as characters go, all content from the main books are allowed, anything else needs to be brought up ahead of time.  backgrounds are a plus but not immediately necessary Games will be on Tuesday 7 pm EST. PM me if you want to join, tell me about yourself and the kind of character you want to play. Reply in this thread if you have any question.
If it's a paragon level, then I'm geared up to play a badass leader looking forward to play as a lazy warlord type. H3 level I'm willing to play a striker or controller type. H2 level I usually would come as a defender. H1 level, anything goes really. The lower the level of character I tend to lean towards a flavorful character. I've been playing 4e for nearly three years and familiar with the game mechanics and rules. I'm a better player than a DM as I've lost many players keeping to the OSR game mentality; in my experience, new players don't take kindly to dying or incurring any conditions or effects.  I've been playing D&D on and off for nearly ten years starting with AD&D and played similar games, Old School Hack, Labyrinth Lord, 2nd edition AD&D, 1st edition AD&D, Pathfinder, Call of Cthulhu, All Flesh Must Be Eaten, and Star Wars RPG Saga Edition.
I'm interested. A bit about myself: I started playing DnD about three years ago (when I found a group that was willing to accept a newbie) and loved it ever since. Since then, I've played in a few Pathfinder games (about 2-3 semester-long campaigns a year), dabbled in 3.5 (about 1.5 sessions before the DM had to end it for personal reasons) and over the past year, have played a few 4e campaigns. I've had the opportunity to DM a Pathfinder session (during a round robin DM campaign), so I at least understand that a DM does have alot on their hands (though I wouldn't say I'm ready to DM a full campaign). As for the type of character I would like to play, I have the most experience with Defenders and Strikers (and got a chance to try out a Warlord, but only got one session out of the character due to two people dropping out last minute, requiring a bit of a rebalance), but I'd be willing to experiment if need be. Even though I spend quite a bit of time building my characters up to be the best at what they do, I always have the idea of my characters personality and traits in mind. Oh, and I'm not the most vocal player in the world, but I know when my character is needed when it comes to communicating and RP'ing. If I think of any questions, I'll send a PM. Hope I get a chance to join!
Sent a PM, but I thought I'dd post here for good measure.  Good few years of experience with 3.5/PF, not so much for 4e (Though I'm not a total noob). Mostly as a DM though, it's only since Roll20 poped up that I've been able to try and find groups that play (Though I'dd wish most games didn't disintegrate into nothingness after two seasons.)  Interested to see how the whole power-system players out,  (Encounter/Daily/At-Will vs Spells Per day) and my preferred class would be Wizard. Also, a campain that is in my time zone is a plus. :)
if your willing to join our TS server and chat through mics we have alot of room for more players
I don't mind.
Alright we got enough people now. i'll post again if we need more people
