Ajax Plans on Another Pathfinder One Shot For New Players (Time 8:00 PM CST), POSTPONED

Having recently had a chance to look over the Pathfinder Beginner Box (and being impressed with it) I have decided to run some one session games using it's rules, which are the actual Pathfinder Rules with a streamlined element. Most obvious is the limited Races and Classes. These adventures will be run for only 4 players at a time, and will consist of a party of A Fighter, A Cleric, A Rogue, and A Wizard. I'm sure some players that have played in these events before will attest to the fact they are usually well received. You will learn how to play Pathfinder and use Roll20, and IT WILL BE FUN! All you will need is your imagination and a working Audio hookup (i.e. a Microphone, preferably with headphone). Video is NOT used. IF interested in playing one of the these sessions reply HERE and a Private Message to ME. Once at least 4 players want to play I'll schedule a Game. These will last about 4 hours.

i would love to play i am completely new and would have to learn but i would love to play the rogue.

I'd be interested in joining, I'm also completely new to this and looking to learn the ropes. I'd like to play the fighter if possible.

I am fairly interested in this, I am newish to roll 20 but a veteran of pathfinder. I am more interested in doing the cleric (of either Nethys or Pharasma) However I would like to know what your restrictions are. and the build system you are using.

Seems to be plenty of interest here, although some of the players are not what we would call new players. These adventures are being run out of the Beginner Box using 4 Pre Generated Characters which will be emailed as PDF's to each player before the session. For those still interested look for a PM, if you are still wanting to participate a Character will be sent to your Email Address.

I'm really new at this but am totally interested in giving this a shot and learning the game. If it's available i'll take the wizard.

I also would be interested. I am new to roll 20 (played one session) and still fairly new to rpg's as a whole.

Looks like there's already a lot of interest, hopefully I can line myself up for a second group to go.

Had a lot of fun Ajax thank you again for running the game last night! For those who I played with last night I am working on starting up a campaign on Roll 20 based in Gollarion (Pathfinder home setting) in the near future. Currently, I'm working on the plotlines but if you you guys want in I'd be more than willing to offer you the first slots. You all did great so shoot me a pm so I can send out the info when ready. I had a great time with Ajax and the other guys. It was a HUGE help getting started (since I haven't played before) and we did particularly well! It was also a perfect intro to using the Roll20 system. Thanks again Ajax.

Recruiting for another one of these Beginner Games, Need 4 players, all you need to play is your imagination and audio communication (at least able to hear the GM). Players should post here with which of the 4 Characters they would like, Fighter, Cleric, Rogue, and Wizard. Supplied character sheets provide all the information New Players need. Once a party is formed the session will be scheduled. The Time will always be: 8:00 PM CST (midwest USA), the day To Be Determined. Session will last about 4 hours.

I would like to participate! I currently have a Wizard I created trying to learn how to correctly make character sheets.

This game uses provided characters which are balanced for the adventure. There is a Wizard Character if you would like to play him. As soon as 3 other players request a spot, the session will be set up.

Would like to play as the fighter, but put me near the bottom of a list, I'm experienced, so if someone else wants it and has little experience they can take it.

I would love to play if there is a spot still open. I have been interested in this for a while now and looking for someone hosting something like this before I get into something bigger. I sent you an email Ajax.

It seems like SlightlyAmused is going to fill this up, but I wanted to express my interest in this, or any future iterations of it. I am willing to play any class available, but would probably prefer a Rogue given the option. I am new to tabletop RPGs (read through DnD 4e player handbook, and perused Pathfinder SRD but never played) and Roll20, but have plenty of DnD based computer RPG experience and I am very excited and interested in learning and exploring.

This game will be scheduled for next Wednesday, day before Thanksgiving. It will run from 8:00 PM until about midnight. If there are any players who cannot make this time slot I will just add another player, there are several waiting right now.

I would like to pass on the fighter role to another player. If you are hosting another one shot after this I would like to play as a cleric though.

Had a great time playing. Really like this program and plan on using it as much as I can to play Pathfinder. Ajax is very patience and a very good teacher. I'm glad this was my first experience using this program, Ajax made it very enjoyable. To the creators of Roll 20, keep up the good work. I'll recommend to everyone i know!
