Firefox isn't working with Roll20?

I've recently started using firefox, but whenever I try to use Roll20, it claims I'm using Firefox 4 and need to update. When I click the link and download+reinstall firefox, Roll20 still says that I'm using Firefox 4. When I go under the help tab and click "About Firefox" it tells me that the browser is up to date. This is getting quite frustrating, and if anyone could give me any help with this, I'd be very thankful.
Zavier, that is pretty strange. &nbsp;Could you do me a favor and go to&nbsp; <a href="http://supportdetails.com/" rel="nofollow">http://supportdetails.com/</a> &nbsp;and post the results minus the IP address? &nbsp;Let's see if we can try to track down what's causing the trouble.
Double-check to make sure you don't have any addons/extensions enabled that would be messing with your User Agent string...
Well, that website also says that I only have Firefox 4, so I don't think that it's a problem with your side. If you have any idea as to why it won't update, however, please share it. Uninstall and redownload a new copy of firefox. Sometimes you will get a corrupted file that will load the base code or it is a hacked browser that someone inserted in the website you downloaded from. Did you get it from mozilla itself or one of the many software sites that hosts files? If it is not from mozilla then uninstall it and run an antivirus then using the original browser, take safety precautions in change passwords in critical sites like any place where you used a credit card or accessed a financial site then go to mozilla and download their firefox. That is my recommendation.
When you go to "About Firefox" in the help menu, what is the little number that it says below Firefox, just above the message that you're up to date?
If the "about firefox" that Quatar mentioned tells you that the latest version is installed, it's possible that your "user agent" for firefox is corrupted. &nbsp;I found a firefox support article that might be worth a look: <a href="https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/websites-say-firefox-outdated-or-incompatible" rel="nofollow">https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/websites-say-firefox-outdated-or-incompatible</a> &nbsp;&nbsp; Metroknight's suggestion of doing a clean reinstall of firefox might be worth a try too and possibly easier to accomplish:&nbsp; <a href="https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/forum-response-clean-reinstall" rel="nofollow">https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/forum-response-clean-reinstall</a>
Ok, I did a clean reinstall, with the same error. The number below "Firefox" is 22.0. Edit: Also, I did install it from Mozilla, both times.
Zavier, after doing some more digging, one of the recommended troubleshooting steps for this issue is resetting firefox:&nbsp; <a href="https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems" rel="nofollow">https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems</a>
