Hmmm...not that I know of. You get one everytime someone responds to a thread you're following, though. Go to the thread and click "Stop Following" under the "Post Reply" button if you want to stop getting them. If you think it's really a bug and you're getting more than one notification for a single reply, let me know what forum thread it is and I'll take a look!
