Hello! I'm starting a Dreadball league for Roll20! For now this just includes Friendly/Exhibition matches and League matches. However, I do plan on adding Dreadball Xtreme at some point after we finish and complete the first league. The Listing: <a href="https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/30867/dreadball" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/30867/dreadball</a> Those of you who don't know what Dreadball is: Dreadball is a hyperkinetic sport of the future, where 2 teams of 6 (or 7 if you're so inclined to cheat) face off against one another in a fast paced high action game on a neoridinium pitch with each side aiming to score more points than the other. Dreadball is a game created by Mantic Games, which is comprised of ex-employees from Games Workshop (The creators of Blood Bowl and Warhammer). This game has a lot of similarities to Blood Bowl but is faster paced, easier to learn, and action packed. Games can last anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour and 30 minutes pending on the play style of the team. Dreadball is comprised of a lot of different races and teams from humans to orxs and goblins. From shark headed aliens to hardened and battle rated robots. Though the objective is to launch the ball upwards of 200 Mph at the goals, there's nothing stopping you from beating the enemy team to a pulp even using the weapon-grade titanium ball. You play when you want! Times are completely flexible. League matches will have fixtures that will require you to set up a time with your opponent. Winning leagues will have rewards for you applying to your permanent exhibition team and bragging rights. I've been teaching players interested with Dreadball the past week and all have a solid grip of the rules after just one game so I would not mind teaching you how to play if you're new! As far as communication goes, we use Skype! Also for any vets who have played, we're allowing Season 1-5 teams! However, we're playing with season 3 rules.
