Decaying Rollable Tables

I'd like to see a feature that allows rollable tables to "remove" an item once it has been rolled. Of course the item does not have to be entirely removed from the table, simply automatically reduced to 0 weight or something when rolled. Here's how it could work: GMs could begin by setting all of the weights for the table, then hit a new button labeled "Set As Default Weights." This would make the current weight value of each item the "default" value for that table. As the items in the table are rolled, their weight is subtracted by 1 each time, down to 0 (no longer capable of being rolled.) When a GM wishes to reset the table, they click a button titled "Reset Weights" A good example of how I'd use this is a table of items I could randomly deliver to my players. Each time I give an item to a player, it could be removed from the list, so it wouldn't be rolled again EDIT: Rewritten for clarity.
I'd do this with a deck of cards, if you're still hoping to do this.
