5e - Roll20/Hangouts LGBT (-friendly) DM and players

Looking For A group of LGBT and friendly group and DM to play every other Thursday at 7 or 7:30p CDT for approximately 3 hrs. Roll20 with Google Hangouts are preferred. Would love to get this going by 9/10/2015. Game Style Looking for more story-driven, character development based game. No chaotic murder hobo type games. Puzzles, mystery a bonus. Ok to start with the LMoP and see how it goes from there. Current Players Player 1 - Looking to get back into the game after a very long absence (1E). Professional with some schedule limitations. Interested in Druid (Sage). Player 2 - 4e player looking to upgrade. Student with some schedule limitations. Interested in Warlock class. Answer to the inevitable question "why does it have to be an LGBT thing?" - We are just looking for a game that is relaxed where we don't have to be the token or have to explain life or to deal with assumption that our characters want the hot chick in the town square. Players and/or DM don't have to be gay, but they need to be mature enough so that "fa**ot" isn't every other word or the player's life goal isn't creating a brothel. LOL

hi, im interested in playing, i'm fairly new to to 5e, but, i think i have it down. i understand the situation and you can be reassured that i am mature about it. and am 17  and also a student, but have a good amount of free time, i play a human fighter and look forward to seeing what you sya :) 

I take offense at your post sir! Why shouldn't my lesbian barbarian want to have a brothel of her own?! ;-) Joking aside I think I've been pretty lucky in all my games when the issue does come up is hasn't been a problem most Roll20 people seem pretty chill, if they say something problematic it's usually been because of habit not genuine malice.  That said, if the group was going to be every other Thursday I would be interested in joining, as you say sometimes it nice to just relax and not have to worry about the issue cropping up.  Sadly I am still to new to 5e to consider  DMing.

And I assume your barbarian really does want the hot chick in the town square. LOL Honestly, it's not about intentional malice.  It's more about just having a space at the end of a long work day where no one has to be on their best behavior or deal with bad behavior, intentional or accidental. A mature 17 yr old is acceptable, but we'll need to see 3 forms of ID.  And your fighter can't cross any country borders without a parent or guardian.  j/k We are looking to play RAW without metagamers, powergamers, rules lawyers, etc.  No one too intense about the whole thing that we get lectures on the history of some obscure fictional artifact.  Just a nice chill group of people to hang out every other Thu and pretend to be someone else for a couple of hours.  ;-) I'll send you both my contact information.

Alright.  I've looped everyone into the ongoing email conversation.  We have 2 fighters, a lesbian barbarian, a druid and a warlock.  We need a DM and still room for another player or 2.

If need be i can DM, i'm not that bad. don't expect something amazing, but i do it, if you want

id like to play if you have room. I was with a group once offline that would get into racist comments and trashy talk and since I was carpooling with one of them, I had to stay thru the game and quit the group after that game was done

I'd be interested in joining an LGBT-friendly 5E group, but I live in Europe and can't attend sessions at the indicated time. Is anyone interested in forming a second group at a different time?
