My Vault issue

Hello all, I'm trying to export one of my characters into a new campaign via the Vault feature. Initially the new campaign was not showing on the list of those available. However, I was able to get the DM to activate the option to allow players to import, at which time, the campaign showed up on the dropdown. However, I still cannot get it to transfer over. Once I select the campaign and press "Export to Game", the button changes to read "Success" but is sort of greyed out and can still be canceled. I've let it sit for some time and still nothing happens - the button never lights up. Even so, I've checked the campaign several times and still don't see the character, so I'm at a loss. What am I missing? Thanks much.

https://wiki.roll20.net/My_Vault Has the GM done this? Once the Character is exported to the Game, it will be up to the GM of that game to set it up (giving you permission to edit it) properly If he has then we will have to run you through the troubleshooting guide to get a baseline. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
Thanks for the quick response. I'll check with DM to ensure that he's completed his part and then run through the rest of the troubleshooting if so.
