May have been better to ask in gameplay instead of the LFG section. The tag is applied to those who have not played the game much or have never played it. Those playing within their first year or even returning vets. You're selling your game as something that is more fair and open minded to those who've not got experience or may have forgotten the system. As per your other thread, this tag may not apply if you're after 'Pro' types.
