How to deal with maps grid with 1 square = 10 feet

I've been trying my hardest to shape my map with a grid that says 1 square = 10 feet. I want the grids on roll 20 to be 1 square = 5ft instead. These 5e maps are a little ridiculous to deal with since DnD used to have grids with 1 square = 5ft which made things easier back then. So can anyone help or give tips or advice on how to fix this?

If you use the grid alignment tool to set up the map AS IF they were 5' per square, you can then right click on the map image, select Set Dimensions under the advanced option, and then double both dimensions.  You should then be able to move the image until it lines up nicely.
Another way is to go ahead and put the map in with the scale set to 1 unit = 10ft.  Then change the grid size from 1 to 0.5 units.  This will make the grid squares equal to 5 feet each.

Page settings To change your grid size you can do a few things. Change your scale (#2) to 10ft then change your grid size (#4) to .5 units. This will give you smaller grids that measure 5ft. Make sure your scale is 5 ft and your grid size is 1 unit then you can resize your map to fit the grid. Other map users will probably give you hints.
All righty. Thanks guys (:
