[Interest Check] GURPS modern day assassins

Okay, so here's an idea for a campaign I've been kicking around - anyone interested in playing this kind of GURPS campaign? You play a 150-point character with a -75 point disadvantage limit (one required disadvantage, see below) and up to 5 quirks. The setting is modern day, with no cinematic or fantastic elements – TL 8, normal world Cultural Familiarities and Languages, no cinematic or exotic traits, normal equipment. Your character is an assassin, part of a semi-freelance kill team hired anonymously through various underworld fixers. You are required to take the Secret (Assassin) [-30] disadvantage, which DOES count toward your disadvantage limit. You also need to purchase the Wealth advantage up to AT LEAST the Comfortable level [10] – your “career” is lucrative as well as risky (you’ll probably need the money to buy your “tools”). However, no matter how much you earn, your Status cannot go above 1, because an undercover assassin must not attract too much attention. Neither you nor your fellow assassins use your real names “on the job”, which is just one of the many ways your team avoids being “compromised”. BOOKS YOU MAY FIND USEFUL High-Tech Tactical Shooting Social Engineering Martial Arts I cannot play on Fridays, I'd prefer either Wednesdays or Tuesdays in the evening. My timezone is Perth/Western Australia. Tell me what times and days you are available in this thread, as well as your timezone.
Sounds like an awesome campaign man, but I am on the other side of the globe or I would join. Hope it works out great for you.
I would be interested, I'm GMT. What time would you be wanting to start as I need to make sure it doesnt clash with anything
UTC+2 at the moment, would be interested, either day is fine for now, open to your evenings, am not sure about specifics of schedule post-August.
This could be something interesting yes, UTC+2 for me, so depends a bit on what time you are comfortable having the sessions.
I'd like to play in the evening (3 or 4 PM start time), on Tuesdays. Use a timezone converter on the net to see what your time will be from that (Perth/Western Australia is mine). I guess this would be a fairly Mature Themes campaign, relatively serious. How experienced are y'all with GURPS?
3pm is 8 am my time, I literally only have 4 hours of playtime though before I have to leave the house I'm new to the system but I learn fast

It would have been fantastically helpful if you would have noted down that your timezone is UTC +8 instead of asking us to look it up ourselves :/ I'm far from a morning person and starting 9-10 AM could be a bit tricky if you that strictly want to start at 3-4 PM. I have put together one character and played about 8 sessions using GURPS, so far from en expert but got some background knowledge.

Starting at 3 or 4 could work for me at the moment, though as mentioned, I cannot make guarantees post-August as I do not know my schedule there. It also depends a lot on how long you plan to run it: Some people like 2-hour sessions, a lot prefer 4, and some even run upwards of 6. If I can fit in anything starting at 3 on weekdays after August, it's not overly likely that I'll be able to keep at it for more than three hours. Experience-wise, I've got cursory familiarity with most things, but I haven't got more than core committed to memory yet. I'm running a campaign of my own, but heavens know we're playing it a bit loose and fast there.
Alright, send me a first draft of a character sheet to my e-mail; p_dragon500@hotmail.com
