Hello folks, I am interested in
running the an adventure module in Eberron (dnd 3.5) , and am
looking for ideally 5 but at a maximum 6 players to participate. Here
are some key facts before you read the B16 DnD 3.5 is the
system Games will be conducted on Roll20 Games
will happen on Sundays 12:00pm US Central Time to 6:00pm US Central
Time
Please use this thread to post
your character sheet, link the mythweavers page. Use a 32 point buy for character creation
For Hit Points, take max at first level and 75% at all other
levels. You are permitted 2 flaws.
THE BIG 16 1.
What game system are you running ? DnD 3.5
2. Any Special
Variants?
Eberron 3. How
many Players are you looking for? Will you be taking alternates, and
if so, how many? 5 possibly 6, alternates
accepted. 4. What's the
gaming medium? Roll20
5. What is the characters' starting status (i.e. experience
level)? Level 7 6.
How much gold or other starting funds will the characters begin
with? Standard wealth by level applies, since you
start at level 6 thats 19000 gp with no single item worth more 25% of
that. 7. Are there any
particular character classes, professions, orders, etc. that you
want... or do not want? What are your rules on 'prestige' and/or
homebrewed classes? No Homebrew, No 3rd Party, no
Dragon Magazine. Prestige classes ok. 8.
What races, subraces, species, etc. are allowed for your game? Only
Core races, Eberron Races, Racial variants from Unearthed Arcana,
Races and variants from Players Handbook 2, and races introduced in
Races of Stone, Races of Destiny, Races of the Wild. 9.
By what method should Players generate their attributes/ability
scores and Hit Points? Max at first level and 75% at
all other levels.
10. Does your game
use alignment? What are your restrictions, if so? I allow evil characters, however, you must still be willing to
play with other people and not be a dick as a player. I am very lax
with policing alignment. Generally, if your character can justify an
action, I will permit it. Obvious exceptions to this rule are rape,
murder, and other abominable acts.
11. Do you allow
multi-classing, or have any particular rules in regards to
it? Multiclassing is allowed as normal for 3.5
(penalties in effect for characters that incur them) 12.
Will you be doing all of the die rolling during the course of the
game? Will die rolls be altered, or left to the honor system? If
players can make die rolls, which ones do they make, how should they
make the rolls, and how should they report them? Roll20
has a program to handle this and if you are not familiar with it, its
easy to learn. 13. Are
there any homebrewed or optional/variant rules that your Players
should know about? If so, list and explain them, or provide relevant
links to learn about these new rules. Eberron rules
in effect. No material from Faerun or Forgotten Realms is permitted.
Material from Frostburn, Sandstorm, or Stormwrack is subject to
approval. 14. Is a
character background required? If so, how big? Are you looking for
anything in particular (i.e. the backgrounds all ending up with the
characters in the same city)? Just give the
background some thought. I don't have any specifications for length
of your background. If you want to incorporate your background into
the campaign plot, talk to me. 15.
Does your game involve a lot of hack & slash, puzzle solving,
roleplaying, or a combination of the above? Even
mix. 16. Are your
Players restricted to particular rulebooks and supplements, or will
you be allowing access to non-standard material? What sources can
Players use for their characters? Keep it WoTC
authored books. No dragon magazine, no 3rd party, no homebrew, no
pathfinder. No Faerun, Forgotten Realms material, or any other
setting specific material allowed (except eberron books). All
characters are subject to DM approval
If you are new to the system let me know, and I can help you
with character creation (as my time permits).
