GM of the campaign I am in (The Marked Ones) can't reveal and we can't see his tokens

GM of the campaign I am in (The Marked Ones) can't reveal and we can't see his tokens other than our characters.  Any ideas?  He has tried changing reveal.  He has moved the tokens into where we can see.  Nothing is changing.  We are able to move the characters we are assigned, but that's it.

Your GM should probably post in this thread so we can get a better idea of what he/she isn't or is doing. Sounds like the GM might have placed tokens on the GM layer and hasn't moved them to the Token layer so they can be seen by the players.
