So i'm wanting to know if I can make it to where every player is looking at an individual map that no other party member can see. Or even just have one player in one map while the rest of the party are looking at a different map. Is this possible?

Yes. During the game, you can drag a player's avatar from the row in the bottom left of the tabletop to a map in the pull down list of maps.

You could also divide your map into 4 (or however many players you have) parts, and separate them with Dynamic Lightning Borders. Then put each player into a different piece of it.
