Are there rules on DMs asking for money to DM?

I'm quite curious about this? 
There are a few games here on Roll20 that are pay to play. It's not disallowed.

yeah I was curous! I saw a few people doing it and was surprised, more surprised people would pay for it. I mean, I can see maybe for the cost of my mentor/pro account. Beyond that, its weird. :o
