Hello there, as it happens today I am very bored and as it also happens I've had ideas of this campaign/one-shot/setting that I want to play around in using a simple "medieval fantasy adventurers" system. In this case said system will be Swords&Wizardry, since it is easy to learn, easy to use and fun to play around with. The game I plan to start off as a one-shot but I am willing to extent it to a short (2-6 games) campaign if all goes well and people are interested in continuing play. The main points of the setting/theme for the game are: a) Its the dark ages, with all the famine, injustice, slavery, knights&ladies, merry-making, barbarians and heroes of legends that make for a good fantasy story b) The "great problem" that your characters are faced with will hopefully try to fix or further is a horrible plague that has fallen of upon the land c) I forgot to mention, since this is Swords&Wizardry there are obviously places and people that radiate and can use the power of the divine and of the arcane d) If you are still not "getting" the setting you can think of movies such as: The Seventh seal or the (rather mediocre) Black Death with a bit of an added Tolkien to them. To play you must have skype, a roll20 account, a working microphone and knowledge of the oh'so'great "push to talk" function. Also, some ability to ROLE-PLAY and communicate with your fellow human beings would come in handy due to the nature of this game. I plan to "start" the game in 4 to 8 hours depending on how fast (and if) I find players and it will last for 3-5 hours depending on everyone's schedule and the mood at the virtual table. Cheers, P.S: I am looking for 3 people to play in this campaign but I may decrease this number down to 2 or increase it up to 5 depending on the "experience" of the players and on their preferences.
