Greetings, all. I apologize for not having been more involved here on the forums before now. I've been really busy, deeply buried in both preparing and launching my Shaintar: Legends Unleashed Kickstarter. This post isn't about just promoting that, however; it's over in a few days, and we've done really well. This post is about the Shaintar: Justice and Life Campaign , which is a key component to my plans to literally change the gaming world. You can check out my YouTube Channel to see a number of video posts about all we've been doing; there you will see who I am and what I am about, and a great many of my videos cover my thinking and plans for the J&L Campaign and how to take RPGs to the next level. I could not have launched this quest and achieved what we've done so far were it not for the advent of Roll20 and its integration with Google Hangouts. This is a major component to the grand scheme of Justice and Life , as you will discover as you read through the site. "MMTTRPG" stands for "Massively Multiplayer TableTop RolePlaying Game," and it's very much meant to riff on the concept of the MMOs.  In this case, I am integrating individual home campaigns, convention and store events, and online VTT games into one highly dynamic and truly shared mega-campaign. Instead of everyone playing the same adventures (and generally not seeing the impact of their individual character on the overall story), Justice and Life  is a campaign that does the following -  Your player character lives in the canonical  world of Shaintar. What they do impacts the world directly and in a real and meaningful fashion. Your story as a Game Master impacts the overall plot lines of Shaintar, and you can "level up" as a GM to have greater and more meaningful impact. Your game is connected to any and all other Justice and Life  games, sharing stories, plots, and over-arching arcs; you can, however, maintain the focus on your game without feeling like you must incorporate each and every little thing others do. Your player character can participate in home games, online, and at conventions and maintain their continuity and achievements across the board. So that's it in a nutshell. I am still building everything on the site, along with the rest of the crew that is helping me. I highly encourage you to take a look at the FAQ Page and then wander around the site to see what's being planned and how it will all work. At the same time, by all means please post any questions or comments here and I will try to get to them as soon as I can. I am in the last few days of the KS, so it may be a little haphazard until then. :-D Cheers, and thanks for your support! Sean Patrick Fannon Evil Beagle Games  - " Bad Dog. Good Games ."
