When accessing the Zoom tool the 100% box pops up but when clicking the down arrow to select another zoom level the pop up just goes away. I didn't notice any other issues with the toolbar and the pop up windows.
Chrome 21.0.1180.89 with Flash 11.3.31 on Ubuntu 12.04
