Running Encounter With A Single Login

I love the tools, and like the option for everyone to be logged in from various places to play, but I'm lucky enough to have a group that all meets in person. I have my laptop extend the desktop onto a big screen, which I use for the game intro, displaying NPC images, etc. What I'd love to do is run encounters on that screen using roll20, without anyone else needing a laptop. Is this feasible?  One of the stumbling blocks I am seeing is using dynamic lighting, since I have a PC with darkvision and a few with low light. I can give them each a different sight radius, and not make it visible to other players, but I don't know how to get the map to switch from 1 PC's sight radius to another's as the turn progresses. Is this possible? Thanks, Doug

People have reported that two tabs work fine for this purpose. You could set up one tab for the laptop and one tab for the extended desktop.  However, differently sighted PCs would require either more tabs or more monitors. My suggestion would be to treat the player monitor as you would a game table setup. Players that see things they are 'not supposed to know' should pretend they do not see that.  - Gauss

If your fiends who have different visions have laptops you could have them login as well, but that's up to you. It really depends on your group, some groups end up with laptops all over anyway because they have people using PDFs or the compendium or something similar so it wouldn't make much difference to them.
I'm sad to say I didn't even try opening multiple tabs...that solves most of my issue. I suppose I can also just change the PC's setting to 'All Players See Light' on his turn. I don't allow laptops at the table, since they usually end up being distractions. I'll have to dig into the API and see if there is a way to switch to the sight radius and highlight the active token as I cycle through the initiative order. Thanks for the help, Doug
