Black screen on the map screen, missing macros, no character sheets or handouts

I wanted to work on my game and a solid black screen saying " establishing sever uplink" and it stays stuck there. Also all my macros, player character sheets and handouts are not seen either. Any and all help will be greatly apperciated.

extensions: Goggle Docs Norton security toolbar (these extensions had not denied me into my campaign) the console log was blank problems: I joined game the screens started to load, the screen stayed black with " establishing server upload" I started to search  and noticed the map tool bar had no maps, chat screen did not have the link bar, all character sheets, handouts, were not there, all icons and names were also gone. settings were different, icon name no there, voice and video setting were enabled , when i had them disabled, I reset the settings, exited and reentered and the setting change back to enabled voice and video, with no icon name also in the chat box marked "as" has nothing there as well. I had one of my players join the game and he has the same issue. I joined a game I play in and everything works normally. All this started when i joined the game this evening followed steps 1-3 as you stated still nothing
