Order cards by suit type in turn order

Ran my first game on Friday night. It went okay. One thing that would have made things quicker would have been a way to arrange the playing cards in the turn order by suit. I'm running Savage Worlds. Is there a way to do this? I know you can do numerically and alphabetical, but suit order would be great.

Presently, numerically and alphabetically is the only way you can auto-sort cards in the turn order. You'd have to arrange the turns yourself to follow a suit pattern.
I didn't notice that I could manually set the round. If that is the case, that works just fine.

Yup. Just select a character in the turn order and drag it to where you want it to be.
Thanks Kristin. I have another question. I created the characters and when I copied them to different maps, I lost all of the permissions that I had set up for them. I also had to go back in and reset the nameplates each time. I think I set them up wrong the first time. Any ideas?

When you say created characters - are you talking about creating tokens and copying and pasting said tokens to different maps or are you tying a token to a character entry in the Journal tab and pulling it from the journal entry?
Copying and pasting to a different map.

That sounds like a bug actually. The settings should be retained when you copy and paste tokens across your campaign. Could you supply me with your http://supportdetails.com/ (don't need your IP)? We'll try to figure out what's going on. Also, what specifically are you losing when you paste a duplicate of the token?
Now that I think about it, I made some updates after pasting. I bet that is what happened. I needed to set them all up correctly the first time. It would make sense that if I made changes after the fact they would not be there on the new maps. I think this might have been user error.

Okay, Chris. If later on, it appears that despite everything you've done, the token properties aren't copying, file a bug report. :) Also, what might be easier on you then copying & pasting tokens themselves, you can link them to a character journal entry . Then you can just open up the journal tab and drag the character to the tabletop to get the token on to new maps. Whatever seems more user friendly for you.
I actually have a question about Savage Worlds and turn orders. Is there anyway to 'Deal Cards' and have them automatically display in the turn order by suit?

No there isn't. That's a very game system specific need that might best be controlled via an API script.
Hmmm... https://twitter.com/roll20app/status/358244100778102784
Would this possibly include an option to allow players to advance the turn order if the current token at the top is controlled by them?
