Campaign will not load.

Hi all, can anyone help me with the problem im having? My roll20 campaign is stuck on its loading screen and will not allow me to enter it. It was fine earlier when i was adding in another map for the game and then i logged off for half an hour to get some lunch. When i tried to log back in when i returned the loading screen remains black with the message: Reading Core Rulebook and will not move past that.

Turns out i was able to create and join a new campaign to dm by copying the old one. However the amount of stuff in the old campaign is what i need, character sheets, maps and so on. And there is many hours work there which will be too much to lose if im unable to copy it all over.

Liam, sorry to hear you are having problems with the site. Let's give it a short while before we start on the troubleshooting guide. Check your campaign in 30 minutes and if you are still having problems follow the troubleshooting guide posted below. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

All sorted now, simply left it alone and it loaded up. Cheers for the help guys.

As the issue is cleared up I will be closing the thread. If it shows ups again and you think it is not a shard down please start a new thread.
