Can't Upload New Avatar

Hey, so I've been using roll20 for about two years now and in that time I've only ever had one avatar. I thought it was about time for a change, and got as far as deleting my old avatar... but now I can't upload a new one, and I'm stuck with this indistinct pink shape. When I try to upload a new picture (either by drag/drop or choosing a file) it just shows the loading bar at 0% and doesn't ever budge. Anything I'm doing wrong?

Before we dive into the guts of the issue, we're going to need you to do a few things for us, things that sometimes fix issues for users before more extensive troubleshooting is needed. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues checklist (confirm you're using the latest non-test version of Firefox or Chrome, turn off all extensions, addons, and anti-virus, and clear your cache) to see if one of those components is causing the problem? We can only help if we can recreate your issue, so it is important that you follow each step. If doing that fixes the issue, just let us know. Otherwise, move on to Step 4 , and we'll need all that information to further assist you.

Okay, so I've cleared out my cache and disabled all addons and it still doesn't work. I've given all the information I can; using any image file to try and change my avatar just comes up with an endless blank loading bar. I'm using Google Chrome, version 45.0.2454.101 m (the latest version), my Operating System is Windows 8.1, Javascript is enabled, my antivirus is Avast!, and I've disabled it and all other extensions on my Chrome. Still nothing I'm afraid. I have no idea how to access a console log and the instructions on how to do so aren't working, and besides I've closed the browser multiple times since first encountering the problem.

Hi Alex, Can you upload the image you're trying to use here so we can try with it. There have been some images in the past that caused the upload to fail, so it would be nice to eliminate that as a problem. Also, are you drag & drop'ing your image to upload it, or using the Choose a File... button? Can you attempt the upload in a different browser just to rule out any browser problems?
I've tried both dragging and dropping and choosing a file. I tried it in another browser too, same problem. I'll upload the image here.

Alex, quick question what is the image's file format? jpg, png, or gif?

Hmmm. I just tried it on a test account and it did succeed in uploading, though it took a lot longer than similar files. Try uploading a smaller version of it:
It's a png. I tried both files and neither of them worked.

Can you upload the log from Step 4 for the time while you are trying to upload?
Okay, I don't know how to upload logs to be honest, but here's a screenshot of the part where it goes wrong.

Alex, you can just drag, highlight, and copy the console log then paste what you copied into the forum box.

The issue is that you have filled all of your storage for your account. You can view your quota on your account page: https://app.roll20.net/account/ You can upgrade your account to a Plus or Pro account and receive more storage as one of the many perks or clear out some of your files in your library. Honestly, you've probably accidentally uploaded duplicate images or images of some very large size. Even after 3 years using Roll20, I'm only using 90megs of storage, which wouldn't fill a free account's quota.
Ugh, thank you. I had thought that was the problem initially, and deleted some files, but apparently it wasn't enough. Like you said, it's a big file.

I see you got it working! Sorry for the delay in diagnosis, I'll mark this as resolved.
