Not able to change to paypal for my current plan

I want to renew my subscription by using PayPal. There are currently no option to change payment method for the current plan/invoice, I get the PayPal option if I change the plan to PLUS Account. Do I have to wait until my subscription expires? I think it should have been expired already.

I wondered about this as well (wanted to switch my payment source from my CC to Paypal). They emailed me back and told me that I had to cancel my subscription first and then re-up using Paypal. No way to just switch it while the account is still active (they also said that my campaigns, uploads, and scripts wouldn't be affected, but I'm nervous about it so I haven't tried doing it).

Alex, If you cancel you subscription, it remains active for the length you previously subscribed. If you subscribed for a length of time then it would remain active till it became time to resubscribe. Do not delete your account just unsubscribe then resubscribe with your new information. The devs can answer any questions about accounts better and in more detail so if you are not sure then just ask them in an email.

Don't be nervous&nbsp; Alex C. - it is the same when anyone's subscription ends. Your account may revert to the Basic tools and storage space, but I can assure you all of the Pro work you have done remains and will in fact "turn back on" so to speak once you are at the Pro level again. Your access changes but the account retains the info.
