This is mostly a suggestion for the site itself, wherein the different users can message each other by clicking on their name or avatar. I don't know whether there is such a feature, I haven't found any, but I would like it to be more available or obvious if it is.
It's difficult enough trying to chose who or not will join your campaign from the looking for group applicants, without being able to talk to the person to find out more about them.
