How to Kick Players from Game?

I've gone to the campaign menu, hovered over the offending player and chosen to kick from game, then selected okay, nothing happens. I've blocked the players and they are still there. How do I remove someone from my campaign?

When you reload the game are they still there?  A new join link is created whenever you use the Kick Player option.  You will need to send the new link to your other players.   This feature was recently  updated ( "If you kick a player from a game while in-game, everyone will now reload the game session which will cause the kicked player to be removed immediately from the game." ).  You may need to submit to the  Bug Reports & Technical Issues if this isn't working correctly.
