Unable to access 'My Games' list

Detailed Description of the Problem I cant access 'My Games' list, which is under 'Main page - Games' menu also 'View All Games' button below the 'Recent Games' box has same problem. so only rooms i can access are in the recent games box. exact link is ' <a href="https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/search/" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/search/</a>' error 504 (with cloud flare page) i think too many rooms on my game list causing this problem. I'm sorry you're having trouble with the site. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

none of them worked. and there is no more info i can provide. it seems server side issue and, something related to number of rooms i joined. it took long time to load the room list before, and now it just cant load at all.

When did this issue start happening for you? Did you try opening this page in Firefox to see if the issue still occurs there? Can you provide your console log from Step 4 by copying and pasting it? I will check to see if there is a cap on the upper limit of games allowed but I am not aware of any.

i cant remember when exactly this problem started. i thought it was someting with my internet connection or a temporary server issue. i guess....&nbsp;maybe about a month ago? firefox and ie11 have the same issue.(same 504 error) mobile chrome, too. i (kind of) detoured the problem. joined any games, and exit the game with the button on the setting menu. then, somehow luckily i could get to the 'my games' list. after that, i leaved the old games - a lot of them.(there was around 400 games i joined, now its 300) as a result, i can access the 'my games' list&nbsp;properly. === this clearly shows that problem was related to number of games i joined. i suspect your ddos protection mechanism got me, maybe&nbsp;my games list was too long, and loading this list at once was too much traffic consuming for normal user. well. still it's just a wild conjecture. still it takes too much time to load the list. so please do some optimization for loading games list (something like making 'show more' button so no need to load the list at once) === one of my community member has the same issue. he joined a lot of games like me too. i will suggest my method to him, but it would be nicer if you can manage to solve this problem. anyway, thanks for your help.

my community tend to playing instant games rather than long term games. so a lot of games was made. and i just watched them a lot. well.. still it is not normal for ordinary user.
