Journal Tag Cloud

As a user with a lot of entries in the Journal page I want to be able to use a tag cloud so that I can find characters and handouts fast. Current tag list for large Journals scrolls off the screen and is sorted from least used to most used.   A tag cloud would sort tags alphabetically and use font size to indicate frequency of use.
