The Grand Arena This is a Project co-run by me and two other DMs. By lore this is its own plane created by a Group of high caliber wizards, then people from all the Worlds are invited to Watch, bet, dine and fight in the arena. Games are run primarily on tuesdays and thursdays around 19:00-24:00 GMT+2, but I left that out of the title because we are very flexible and off-day games occur very frequently as players request it. The GMs are based in both Europe and the US. What to Expect In the arena you will be pitted against other players, both in single combat and in team battles. There are also encounters prepared with high CR for Groups of people to engage. We are taking a lot of inspiration from things like MMO arenas and shooters such as team fortress and unreal tournament, so if you are familiar with those then you can know some things to expect. Expect to build fortune and fame for your house as you slaughter your way through the arena, slaying mythical beasts and fellow champions! No permanent Death for PCs in the arena. If you come in later with a character you will be brought up to speed with both gold rewards and experience.
