Unknown charge from roll20

  Not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but as I couldn't find a way to email the admins directly here goes.  I recently downgraded my subscription base from a pro account to a free account.  I enjoyed being able to access and play with the features included in the plus and pro accounts, especially the dynamic lighting. I however didn't feel it was worth it for me personally to continue and pay a monthly subscription fee for services that in the end I have yet to use. I have yet to get a successful game going that has lasted longer than a session or two before the group fizzles out. I really did have no problem paying the subscription costs for my pro account the few months I had it. I was glad to be able to do my part in contributing to roll20.net.   I have had no problem that I know of moving from the paid pro subscription model to the free model, but today on my debit card I showed a charge of 3.17 to roll20.net. As far as I know, there is no reason for this charge, and I would like more information on why I was charged this amount, and if there is anything that can be done to reverse this unsolicited charge.
