Characters can't control tokens

I'm running this game on Windows 7 on Google Chrome. I have successfully granted permission to one player to control their character token. Despite granting permission to other players to control their respective character tokens, they can not move their tokens at all. When they even try to select their tokens, the bubbles and other icons do not even appear. The tokens are indeed on the Objects & Tokens layer and is in the front. The characters are also shown to all players. when I try to grant the one successful player who has permission to control their token permission to move the token of a player who I am having these problems with, they can not control the token either.

Are the tokens assigned to a character sheet (number 2)? If so then is the character sheet assigned to the player (can be editted & controlled by)? Just asking to make sure all the T's are crossed and i's dotted before we move into any troubleshooting guides.

Thank you so much for posting this pic. Number two was just a huge oversight for me. I've been play-testing my maps for 3 hours by that point, and I guess my brain was just malfunctioning :P On another note however, would anyone know how to load in my own tracks to the juke-box?

You would have to sign in on soundcloud and upload your tracks (you have to mark them as public) then you can copy/ paste their urls into the jukebox search menu. That should give you your tracks. Be warned that soundcloud does police their music so if it is copywritten material they will sooner or later remove it.
