Decks. Dealing to NPCs and random discard?

Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to deal cards to NPCs the way they can be dealt to players. I run games where the PCs often play cards with several NPC characters. Presently I place them face-down on the table, but I can't see each hand as a GM quickly. A second issue: is it possible to have players discard a card at random from their hand?

Currently, hands of cards are associated with a player, not a character. Unfortunately, that means there isn't a good way to separate multiple hands other than dealing them to the table as you have been doing. Discarding a card at random is currently only supported by having the GM steal a card from the player that needs to discard. There are several card deck suggestions in the Suggestions and Ideas forum that you might be interested in supporting: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1240005/enhanced... https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/2270445/slug%7D https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1275094/slug%7D Many, many more, if you search...
Thanks a lot for the prompt reply! I'll continue to mark spots on the table top as the NPC areas, deal face-down to the GM layer, then flip them over there when I'm running two or more NPCs at Sabacc table.

Depending on what you need, you could make a little dynamic lighting wall around each area and put tokens for each player that should see/access those cards in there.
