Just wanted to give a quick update, there is a token missing from the set, a Solar Angel. For those of you who have already purchased the set, the token is being added to the set, and will appear in your library once the fix goes live which should be soon. Sorry for the mix everyone.

Thanks Russ! Always trying to pose these characters in a cool way.
Perfect I needed a Chasme, my attempt at making one myself was not so successful.
Thanks for your continued great work David! I love them.
Beautiful stuff!

Thanks everyone, hope they help out with your campaigns! If anyone could during a session, I'd love to see a screenshot of them in your campaign.
Well here are those demons I needed in action, just a snippet, but they look great!

David.... love your sets... Need more heros! Backpack encumbered dungeon crawling heroes!
Stephen S. said: Backpack encumbered dungeon crawling heroes! Yes, I agree. Although almost every adventurer will have a backpack listed in their inventory, almost no figures out there actually depict it. I also like figures with a bit more of a normal stance, rather than an exaggerated action pose. They fit more neatly into their space on the Roll20 map surface.

Stephen, Brett, this is an issue I've noticed on the marketplace as well. Plenty of monsters, but not enough heroes. I've been wanting to tackle this for awhile now, but not sure just how. So I've been thinking of a way that might make it a bit more cost effective and here's the two options I was thinking. The first would be to do hero packs by race, so for example, do a pack of human heroes, each token representing a different class, and have a male and female option. The other would be to do it by class. For example, a set of all wizards of each race, with male and female options. Which would you like to see?
Tough call, David, because each approach has its pros and cons, and each will appeal to different people I would think. I guess I would personally prefer them to be grouped by race, but that's just me. More important to me personally would be that the tokens are more naturally posed, as I mentioned above. Flowing capes and swinging weapons force the token to take up a lot of space on the Roll20 playing surface, and make it more difficult to center the character in the space they actually occupy. Plus, those poses really only apply when the characters are in combat. When the party is back in town, plying the innkeeper for rumors, it appears odd when the character tokens look like they're about to lop off the innkeep's head. Create character tokens with a more natural, relaxed stance and leave the combat action poses to the theater of the mind, is my position.

Interesting position on that Brett, and I've found the same to be true with some of my players wanting more natural poses. I think the way I will end up tackling this, is by giving them poses to fit the mood of the class. My players that play barbarians for example, always seem to pick more action like tokens. My bard and ranger players prefer a walking around the village type of token. I'll have to fiddle around and find the right balance.

This was a great discussion. Looking at my schedule for the rest of 2015, I won't be able to start tackling hero player tokens till next year. But this feedback has been great, and will help me determine how I will present these in the marketplace.
