[New Character Sheet] Need help with the HTML and CSS

Hi!  I want to create a campaign in a system called Eon, written in Swedish, but I intend to translate it for an international group. But the problem is that I suck at HTML and CSS. I am totaly inexperienced and need a lot of help with creating the character sheet.  So, I would need some help to do this. Preferably someone to create the sheet for me, while we are talking at Skype and I am translating the sheet and the systems that need to be in the sheet. Could someone help me with that? // Eli
