Wierd problem with player in game but not in game

One of my players is showing in the campaign but... when he logs into the campaign it says he is not connected. When he left the campaign however, it still showed him in the campaign. He can enter other campaigns just fine however, just not this one. He tried clearing his cache and everything but that didn't help. What  to do?

Oh he says the dev server isn't loading for him at all. He apparently doesn't normally enter the dev server when entering my games. And gets the connection timed out message now when he tries to connect to the dev server.
I kicked him and reinvited him, he was able to get into the dev server but when he tried entering my game he says it stopped on the loading screen

Since it doesn't hurt anything to do so, please have your player go through Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues checklist just to confirm he's hit every step.  You'd be surprised at how many innocent addons and antivirii cause issues when interacting with Roll20.

If by some miracle doing that fixes the issue, just let us know. Otherwise, move on to Step 4, and we'll need all that information to further assist you.
Okay everyone when they leave seems to ghost still being stuck

The "Connection Reset" errors they're getting with S3 seem to be at least part of the problem. What happens if they just click on this link directly?

I'll ask them. I ended up copying the game to main server then copying that game with a brand new name to fix the problem. As there also seems to be some weird thing with the name of the campaign effecting stuff wierdly. So if I don't change the name completely, it won't differentiate from the dev server version or the main server. Even with cache cleared.
