
A truly hardcore campaign. There will be multiple groups and as players dwindle down the groups will be consolidated until a final party exists and either the last players die or complete the campaign. Be prepared for extremely challenging and difficult fights, traps, puzzles, and more. I will not hold back in any sense in this campaign. Players will start out at level five and grouped according to what day and time works best for them. The following is your setting. Darkness. You've seen darkness in your life but never anything like this. You're sure that if someone even lit a candle or something so great as a campfire you wouldn't be able to see it through this. Everything is cold but as you try to find your legs it feels as if the weight of a world is holding you down prostrate. Then it happens. A small light forms in a room and suddenly you wish it were still dark. The small cell you are in is not alone as you and three others are locked away in a room you've never been to. A shrouded figure places the light, a small candle, in the middle of the room and shambles off without saying a word. You want to call out. To scream for help but the fear in your stomach grips you holding you back. Suddenly your ears ache as a screeching of metal is heard. Laughter fills the room but not from you or any of the others in there. It's as if the walls themselves are laughing. Finally it stops as the doors to your cell open...
