[Request] Line number for error notification

For reference, the error message generated was: Unexpected token , ... WHEEEREEeeeeeeeEEe :) Is this the appropriate place to request this, and have people "thumbs up" in hopes it gets implemented? And if it is, what title would you give it? (the one I chose was just the first thing that came out of my aaass :P :))
