Codex Alera - Pathfinder

Hi, I am finishing up a book series by Jim Butcher (Dresden Files) called Codex Alera.  It's a story about a lost Roman Legion that ends up in another world, and their descendants a few thousand years or so later.  It has been enjoyable.  I am interested in running a Pathfinder game set in that world. In addition to a person's class, they will begin with an affinity to Air, Earth, Fire, Water, Metal, or Wood.  It's randomized at character creation.  If one finds he or she would like to grow into other affinities, it can happen as well.  Essentially this will grant that player the Domain spells and powers of each of these domains...something akin to that anyway. The game would be played on Saturdays at noon, and I believe I have ~3 players.  I could handle 3 more easily, which on here means I can accept about a dozen applications from people who are interested.  Knowledge of Pathfinder is critical.  The characters will all be human.  Knowledge of Codex Alera is optional, but it would probably be more fun for you if you knew very little about the setting. Interested?  Drop me a note.  Thanks!
I AM READING THIS NOW!  I love Codex Alera, on Cursor's Fury as we speak.  So would a druid/hunter be a marat then?  What about the canim? Regardless, I WANT IN ON THIS GAME!  lol.. sorry..  Played pathfinder since its beta release, know the system well.

EST, apologies for omitting that.  Added above. Hungry, I read the marat more like a cross between the strengths of an elf AND an orc.  Strong, agile, beautiful, etc.  I am only allowing player character humans.
It was more regarding the bond they have with thier chala.    And I also sometimes forget the Marat arent considered Human by Alerans.
Right.  Even though they are obviously some form of human, they aren't going to be playable characters.  Just Human Alerans.
