Character uploads

Upload is probably not the correct term since all info is entered in the bio box but in our first abortive session last night, it became apparent that players can't edit their characters. That is something that needs to be handled by the players. As GMs we have enough on our hands and we don't need to be handling character info. I had put my players' names in the PC list thinking they could then edit them.

Did you make sure to assign each character to player? I forgot to do that at first and no one could edit anything.

That's the problem. I couldn't assign them to players, didn't have enough names.

I guess I'm a bit confused. What do you mean by not enough names? Were not all your players signed up for the campaign? Or were not all of their names appearing on the drop down list for who controls the character? EDIT: Oh, sorry. I just saw your other post about this issue. I think the moderator will have a better answer than me. Hopefully they can figure it out for you!
