Sustaining Support Achieved?

It looks like Roll20 reached its minimum sustaining funding level, or just about: https://app.roll20.net/account/supporter/?tobarforum Are congratulations and/or a celebration in order?
It keeps going back and forth as people subscribe or cancel.
Yes, it's needed an extra push of subscribers for definitely surpassing the red zone.
What is shown on the bar? Is it a minimum number of supporters, or a minimum proportion of supporters compared with the total number of users?

We basically have a hard number of subscribers needed for each goal line listed on that bar. The fill indicates how many subscribers that are currently enrolled in comparison to those goal lines.
How about now? The little bar changed color and everything. Heck with it, I'm hereby going ahead and congratulating the Roll20 team. Huzzah!
I thought Riley said the formula determining it was based on the ratio of free accounts to paid accounts? It'd have to be a ratio to sustain server costs to account for free accounts going up as well.

I was incorrect.
