Vrinn x Rynshinn

Holding the distraught woman in his arms, one hand stroking through her illustrious locks as the other holds her close to him, he lets her cry. Not being one to like to be around when people cry, her certainly has been around a few of them in the past few days. Letting out a deep sigh, he wipes a tear from her face while still gently cradling the back of her head "I think... I think I know a way to make this work..." he begins, something he once read formulating into an idea in the back of his mind as he looks down at the beautiful half-elf with a warm smile, his eyes dancing with promise. "Are you by any means a follower of the Lady In The Room?" he asks tentatively.
She sniffs and shakes her head. "Nae, I follow The Eternal Rose..." She takes his hand. "I know of Ca-The Lady In The Room...she nae loves romance, Vrinn," she explains to him. "She'd nae help our love for each other."
Thinking for a moment to connect who the Eternal Rose is, he smiles upon the revelation. While maybe not ideal as Calistria, it's certainly not a bad match otherwise. Perhaps even favourable. "You know..." he begins, slowly, trying to chose his words carefully. He doesn't want her to break down again. "...I must admit that the Savored Sting is my first an' foremost love, even moreso than- well, regardless. There was a dream, an' we- ahem..." he cut himself short before the nostalgia caused things to be harder than they already are. "Now I know that it might sound a wee bit harsh, or disingenuous, or, whatever. But keep in mind that I'm saying this only because I like ye and want to be with ye." he continued, softly, gently stroking the back of her hand with his fingertips. "But ye know, that She doesn't expect monogamy from Her followers. In fact, polyamory is looked upon quite favourably. An' I'm not sure what Shelyn thinks about it all, but I dare say tha' the Goddess of Love would encourage love t' bloom, regardless of how many lovers yer lover actually has" he says sincerely, a hand on each of her shoulders as he almost becomes lost in her eyes for a moment. "Besides, how could she deny th' most beautiful woman in Sandpoint? Espcially one so sweet..." he says, lightly brushing his lips over her forehead with each point "...One so tender... One so welcoming... One so charming... "And one who is so intoxicating that a single glance is enough t' melt the heart of even th' most puckish of rogues..." he finishes with a wry smirk playing across his lips.
Rynshinn blushes and takes his hands. "Oh, Vrinn. Love is the greatest of all things and I love ya like the spring loves bees." She smiles broadly. "What if I make a y'deal. I run the fiber and crafter's guild here in Sandpoint. If you don' marry the little goblin, I'll make sure she has the best access. I'll even be her friend and teach her all I know about sewin'. Jus'..." she stops and throws herself into hugging him. "I'll share you...I'll share you but I won't be yer mistress and I won't have t' if you don' marry her!"
Tilting his head to the side slightly, like a puppy trying to understand what it just heard, he blinks for a few moments before breaking out into an amused grin. "Mistress? Why, what ever gave ye that idea? Fer starters she an' I aren't actually married. I dun think goblins do that, an' the Lady dun exactly care for that, so, eh. She's me wife in name only." he says with a slight shrug. "No, no, that isn't fair. I do love the adorable gal, but you, yer different. I'd marry ye for real. Yer both so different that no doubt I can love ye both" he says with a nod, sincerity coating his words. "Besides..." he continues, his visage growing grim, perhaps a little haggard even "...with all the darkness floatin' about right now, don't ye think that we need to spread the love around and brighten everythin' up a little?"
She takes some time considering his proposition. Her hands work at the blanket covering her lap on the floor. She looks and searches in Vrinn's blue eyes for something and then bundles the blanket over her body. "Come visit me often, Vrinn. I'll cook fer you and make you fine clothes and I'll love you." She smiles, innocent and sweet. "Maybe one day...one day, it'd be jus' you an' I..." She looks at little hopeful and gives him a peck on the cheek with a giggle.
At her words, his expression brightens almost instantaneously, his crystalline blue eyes sparkling with joy as a smile parts his lips like a kid at the fair. Embracing her tightly, he returns her gentle peck with a kiss of passion, breaking only when the need for air surfaces. "I can't ask for anything else" he says, giving her another quick kiss before finally letting her go to continue getting dressed. "I would love to stay, Ryn..." he begins, holding her hands in his, noting the well worked fingers accustomed to sewing "...but I have to speak with Hemlock. There's still a murderer out there" he says with a deep sigh. "Plus, I have no idea how Grosilge is going to react when I tell her about us..."
She nods solemnly. "Aye, the murderer. Oh, do be safe, Vrinnatholis! I'd not bear it if you were harmed."
Pulling her hand up to plnt a kiss on the back of it, he bows deeply towards her. "I've already died once, I don't intend for that to happen again. Especially not with a new love by my side" he exclaims softly before exiting, making his way out, towards the garrison.
