Forum threads 'age' determined by page rather than last post

I've noticed that since the implementation of pagination the 'age' of a thread is calculated on each page independently. This means that if a threads OP and first page only has posts that are more than 2 months old it will display the 'post closed as over 2 months since last post' message, however if you navigate to a newer/the newest page there may be posts that are within the past 2 months and the reply box will happily reappear. This can be/has been confusing for people looking at large threads for the first time and therefore being shown page 1 intitially.
Gotcha. Is there a certain thread in particular where this can easily be seen? The more info I have the easier it is for me to replicate and report this.

^^ Yup, that's one... thanks Silvyre :) Alternatively look at any currently active thread with over 100 replies, that usually exhibits the behaviour.

Here's an example of the ones I've encountered, API threads. For long-standing API scripts (for example Token-Mod, the thread goes for 8 pages).. If you search the forum or Google and start reading from Page 1 where the API is introduced and explained, then it appears that the post is Closed, leading to inability to ask questions about the API script. &nbsp; However if you click forward to Page 8 then you find the thread is actually still open for replies/questions. Example link, <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1257490/script-t" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1257490/script-t</a>...

Another example is the&nbsp; New to roll20 thread. It is closed from page 1 to page 6 but page 7 on is open. I once tried to quote the first post (Avacyn's OP) but it would not let me do that. I had to copy paste it then mark it quoted in a few posts.
Thanks, it is very easy to see in that case. Seems to be affecting any long running posts with over 50 comments. I'll get this marked down.
