Multiple Player Flags

So i'm thinking about starting up a Traveller game. You use multiple maps at once in Traveller such as sectors and systems and the ship... I thought it would be great if there was an option for multiple player flags, so i can have all the players on say the stellar maps, also the ship map to show where they are in the ship. This would allow them to flip to which map is relevant and if they need to look at the stellar map while most of us are on the ship map say it's possible.
Seconded. My players love to split up during the game, and I'd like for some of them to RP on one map, while I run an encounter for others on a different map.
Guess this isn't as important to everyone else :P
It would be nice but I'm guessing it'd take a fairly major change to how Roll20 works. They know that we want it, but haven't done it yet, so cross your fingers and wait until they finally get around to it.
Ahh didn't know it's been mentioned before, guess i didnt look good enough. My bad for repeat.
I read somewhere else that the simplest solution is to just copy your entire campaign, then have one group in one campaign on one map, and the other group on the copy in another map. Haven't tried it myself, but it looks like it'd work just fine.
What i'm looking to do is put up multiple maps, in Traveller the universe map is huge. So it gets broken down to sector maps, that's essentially what i'm looking to put on each page, also there is the ship layout map. I want to let the players choose which map they want to determine destination etc, and also switch to the ship freely. Would end up being like 7 pages total that i want them to have free control over at anyone time, could be even higher depending on what they are actually doing.

Greg, are the maps hidden from your players? (ie: Fog of War)  If they are not, you could promote them to GM so they have free access to the other maps.  - Gauss
Unfortunately yea. I thought about doing that and maybe restricting pages for them, but there isn't even an option for that. :/ As of right now i'll just make one enormous page with everything on it. Most like will load slow but it is what it is. :P

One idea might be that you can archive inactive pages and then trust them not to access those pages.  - Gauss
Hmm that's a good possibility, but then you run into the "Kids the week before xmas" stage. Someone is bound to peek because there not suppose to... LOL

In that case, make a base campaign (the one where you work on maps etc). Make a second "Player campaign" for your players. Transmogrify any maps from the "base campaign" the the "player campaign" you want players to have access to. Do not transmogrify the maps you do not want them to have access to. Thus, no "Kids the week before xmas" stage. :) As they gain access to new maps you can transmogrify them rather quickly.  - Gauss
OOOOOOO i forgot you guys added the Transmogrify! That just may work! Thanks for the idea. Multiple Player Flags still wouldn't be a bad feature in the future! :) Thanks again i'm most likely going to go that route.

As I tell everyone, I only try to help you use the tools we currently have. I do not (usually) comment on suggestions. :) - Gauss
Fair enough. Thanks again for the ideas and help.
