Aligning the Dragon Hatchery grid

After hours of trying, is there just no way to align the grid from Blando's Dragon Hatchery map ( This one ) to roll20's grid? No matter what I try, I can only get one cell to fit a square perfectly and then the rest start becoming slowly out of sync the further away they get. Even the "align to grid" function is no help. It's just impossible, right?
I have found very few maps that can't be aligned with a little bit of patience and only those maps with alterations to certain squares.  Are you using the full size purchase version or trying to use the low resolution image there?
I'm using the full sized purchased version. (3375x2500px)

Unfortunately I haven't purchased that asset (haven't run or likely will not run HotDQ, mainly because my group has another DM running it now), but using the medium one (from the download) I was able to get it aligned well enough (though of course lacking distinct detail, so it's a bit more challenging) using the dimensions of 4295 x 3185. You need to set the map size to 62x47, set the image dimensions as above, then use the alt key while dragging the map around.  Now it looks like there may be a few non-standard size squares on there, so there may be some slight distortion to it, but it should be aligned well enough to be usable. Again, this was done using the image that I have available, so your mileage may vary.  If you have trouble you could invite me to game and promote me to GM and I can try to help you.  I am available for maybe the next 45 minutes.
One of the tricks I found in lining up premade maps was to line up a square towards the center and then go to each side of the map and stretch one side then the other, re-alilgning that center square each time. The align to grid function only helps to get it close for a starting point, it's a fiddly thing. Also it doesn't have to be perfect. I found a few maps in the HotDQ didn't want to line up, especially ones that show a different area in a different section of the map. Those separate areas seems to be aligned differently. I solved some of it by pasting my own floor tiles down over top of the map.  Let us know how it goes.

That worked perfectly! I have absolutely no idea why that worked so well when align to grid fucked it up, but it worked! You're a genius!
