Searching web/roll20 function not working.

As of the last 15 minutes or so I can't search roll20 for anything. If I do I get an endless "looking for built in items/look on the web" queue and nothing shows up. This is very distressing as I have a game planned in 20 minutes and I still need to set up.

Before we dive into the guts of the issue, we're going to need you to do a few things for us, things that sometimes fix issues for users before more extensive troubleshooting is needed. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues checklist (confirm you're using the latest non-test version of Firefox or Chrome; turn off all extensions, addons, and anti-virus; and clear your cache) to see if one of those components is causing the problem? We can only help if we can recreate your issue, so it is important that you follow each step. If doing that fixes the issue, just let us know. Otherwise, move on to Step 4 , and we'll need that information to further assist you.

Alexander, sorry to hear you are having problem. According to&nbsp;<a href="http://status.roll20.net/" rel="nofollow">http://status.roll20.net/</a> there are a few shards having some problems so just try to run your game while it clears up. Let us know if it doesn't clear up and you can start the troubleshooting guide that Silvyre posted.

Now I can't get into my game at all.

Yep; image up-load problems / "seraching web / searching internal" for image files.&nbsp; That and Dunjinni doesn't seem to be extent anymore :( so their image pool is leaving major gaps in my collection / quick paste for game.&nbsp; It's not my extensions it's not my browswer, and I will be damned if I shut off my ad-ware blocker. Do what you can on YOUR end to make sure that everything is functional and we GM's can get to our resources please.&nbsp; Thank you in advance.

Worked for about 5 minutes then it went back to NOT working.&nbsp; Something is seriously wrong with the code over here on R20; it was working fine all week and even last night.

Are you still experiencing this issue Dylan? I wasn't on this weekend, but it is possible it could have been server issues as Pat S mentioned previously. Dylan and Alexander B. can you please follow through the steps Silvyre posted earlier so I can assist you more properly.
