Can't Access two of my games

Hi, I've been trying to access two of my games (for at least a couple of days now) with no luck. When I try to access them the Load screen ("Hatching Dragons" etc.) comes up and seems to be loading the game, but then the screen goes dark and the whole process starts over again. This repeats endlessly. I'm not having this trouble on either of my other games, and I've been successful at playing in friends games, so it doesn't seem like either a general connectivity or browser problem (I'm running Windows on a PC, and using Google Chrome as my browser). Am I being hacked? Help... Ian

Before we dive into the guts of the issue, we're going to need you to do a few things for us, things that sometimes fix issues for users before more extensive troubleshooting is needed. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues checklist (confirm you're using the latest non-test version of Firefox or Chrome; turn off all extensions, addons, and anti-virus; and clear your cache) to see if one of those components is causing the problem? We can only help if we can recreate your issue, so it is important that you follow each step. If doing that fixes the issue, just let us know.&nbsp; Otherwise, move on to Step 4 , and we'll need all that information, in addition to a link to each game (in the form of <a href="https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/xxxxxx/" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/xxxxxx/</a> , not a join link) to further assist you.
Ian,&nbsp; Don't worry, you aren't being hacked. As Gen Kitty said, can you walk through the steps she provided and also post a link to the games in question so I may further assist you.
Thanks Ryan! I walked through the steps 1-3, with the following results: I have the latest version of Google Chrome, my Windows software is up to date (for Windows8), I've disabled all my Extensions, my Norton doesn't list Roll20 as a blocked site, and, lastly, I've cleared my cache. &nbsp;The problem occurs when I try to enter either of the games (<a href="https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/91342/the-campaign-to-end-all-campaigns-dot-dot-dot" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/91342/the-campaign-to-end-all-campaigns-dot-dot-dot</a>) (<a href="https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/279685/badlands" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/279685/badlands</a>). They start to load, then freeze up, start loading again, then freeze, start loading all over again, etc.. I can access my other games, as well as friends games, but neither my players or I can access these two games.

Alrighty then, if you could just follow up with the rest of Step 4 , Ryan'll be set to help you out.
Sorry GenKitty, I'm having trouble capturing the text from the log window. My usual method of mousing over text, then right clicking to "copy" isn't working, as the log text is constantly scrolling and I'm not fast enough to catch it (I have minor tremoring which makes it hard to mouse quickly). Is there another method for capturing the log readout? I can read some of it as it goes by: something about editor 12 refusing to execute script? Is there a way to stop the script on the log from scrolling?
Hi GenKitty! This issue was taking up too much of everybody's valuable time, and I'm getting too frusstrated trying to copy the logs, so I just deleted the games. I only had a couple of maps made up that I needed and I'll just recreate those in another game (particularly easy as they mostly used assets from the online art stock). Thanks for your time!
Sorry to hear you were having troubles with that. If you need help with anything, just let us know.&nbsp;
