No video/sound settings

Hi, I play on a Windows PC with Windows 10, on Chrome and for some reason my video/sound settings don't show up at all. They also don't show up for another person in my group. We don't get any message asking up to allow video or anything and under the Chrome settings, we have access allowed for video. I've included all the settings pictures that I have. As you can see in the first picture, the settings to turn on and off my camera and mic just aren't there. I saw someone with a tablet was having this issue, but I'm on a desktop and so is the other person in our group. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Before we dive into the guts of the issue, we're going to need you to do a few things for us, things that sometimes fix issues for users before more extensive troubleshooting is needed. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues checklist (confirm you're using the latest non-test version of Firefox or Chrome; turn off all extensions, addons, and anti-virus; and clear your cache) to see if one of those components is causing the problem? We can only help if we can recreate your issue, so it is important that you follow each step. If doing that fixes the issue, just let us know. Otherwise, move on to Step 4 , and we'll need all that information  to further assist you.

Additionally, is everyone in the group having difficulties?  A GM of a game can set the game to have no Audio/Video via the My Settings tab, and that's a bit what your screenshot looks like to me.
The GM must have it turned off! I followed all the steps for solving the issue and it's still there but I went into a different game and there were the settings so I think it's on my GM. Thanks so much!
Let us know if you need any more help with that! I'll mark this thread as resolved for now but feel free to make a new thread if you continue to experience trouble with this.
