Beginner looking for a group

Hi everyone my name is Brett, I've recently got a bunch of 4th edition books second had and like what I've read so far and really want to play, trouble is none of my real life friends are interested. I have a rudimentary understanding of the rules and am now just wanting to play a game so if anyone is interested in showing me the ropes that would be great. I am from the uk and available most of the time I am punctual and will always be on time for games. Thanks and I hope to play with you guys soon.
Check out the Adventurers Academy. Josh and Mike teach you how to use Roll20 and go over the rules of play. Show you how to create a character and after you finish the two sessions and get your backstory together, they will run a one off game play session. The guys really know how to make you feel at ease and explain the ins and outs of the roll20 system. I look forward to being able to play with you sometime.
